Job Summary:
Al Marwan Group is seeking a proactive HSE Officer to ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across sites

  • Conduct daily inspections and identify potential hazards

  • Ensure compliance with U.A.E regulations and safety standards

  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

  • Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training

  • Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation

  • Support risk assessments and method statements

  • Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification

  • 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction projects

  • NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred

  • Strong knowledge of U.A.E HSE regulations

  • Good communication and reporting skills
