Syngenta Group is seeking an HSE Specialist (m/f/d) in Muttenz to own risk assessments (30%) and drive site safety operations (70%). You will lead workplace and process risk assessments, develop risk strategies, support production with safety expertise, manage incident reporting and investigations, ensure compliance with Swiss regulations and internal standards, provide HSE trainings, and contribute to the Muttenz HSE strategy and environmental reporting, while strengthening the safety culture. The ideal candidate has a degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, 5+ years in a chemical manufacturing setting, experience with Eignungsverordnung, strong Swiss regulatory knowledge, risk assessment methods (HAZOP), and fluency in English and German.
