Reporting to HSEQ Officer, you will maintain IMS, manage documents, support audits and corrective actions, and use data analytics and AI tools to improve reporting and risk decisions. You should have experience with ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, 31000 and ACC Accredited Employer Programme, plus familiarity with digital HSEQ systems (Damstra Ideagen or Eco Portal desirable). About the role
We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Health, Safety, Environment Systems Coordinator to help strengthen and improve the systems that support our HSEQ performance across the business.
Reporting to the Chief Health, Safety & Risk Officer, this role will maintain and continuously improve our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with ISO standards, ACC requirements, legislation, and business needs.
You will play a key role in using data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, identify trends, strengthen assurance, and support better risk-based decision-making.
