Applus IDIADA is seeking a Hub Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to oversee hub operations, vehicle coordination, route planning, and data handling for client projects, ensuring security protocols and adherence to customer standards. The role blends facility oversight, fleet maintenance scheduling, vehicle updates, and data collection with hands on team support including shift assignments, training, and conflict resolution. You’ll monitor data progress, generate regular reports for project managers, and liaise with senior management and clients. Proficiency with Samsara and Dursuite and a data driven mindset are valued. This onsite role is Monday through Friday with potential for additional shift coverage; tailor your resume to highlight leadership in operations, fleet coordination, route optimization, data quality, and client communication with concrete uptime improvements.
