You Will:

  • Respond to employee questions and requests promptly, accurately, and respectfully.
  • Promote a culture that ensures physical and psychological safety for all.
  • Engage in all aspects of HR, including: Recruitment and Retention, Employee Engagement, Benefits and Claims, and Union Relations.
  • Act as a resource for employees to ensure that policies and procedures are known, understood, and followed.
  • Model appropriate conduct and organizational norms.
  • Work closely within Corporate Services to provide integrated and efficient services to the entire organization.
  • Provide leadership and expertise to inform and to support management decision making.
