  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Help create and maintain employee personnel files.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, performance
  • evaluations and visa coordination.
  • Assist with data entry and filing of HR documents.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
  • Help employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Support in drafting internal HR communications and announcements.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the HR section of the company's intranet.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Preparation of letters and HR reports
