- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Help create and maintain employee personnel files.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, performance
- evaluations and visa coordination.
- Assist with data entry and filing of HR documents.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
- Help employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Support in drafting internal HR communications and announcements.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the HR section of the company's intranet.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and workshops.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Preparation of letters and HR reports
