Bombardier is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join the Dorval Plant 3 team in Quebec on a full-time onsite basis with flexible and hybrid options where applicable. You will partner with the business unit to diagnose HR and organizational development needs, coach management on labor relations and leadership, and deploy programs such as Performance Management, Compensation, and Employee Engagement. You will support staffing strategies with Talent Acquisition and act as a change management facilitator while shaping the HR master plan for your unit. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR or Industrial Relations, 3 to 5 years in HR and labor relations, strong change agent and influencing skills, and fluency in English and French.
