Bombardier seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to join the Completion Center in Québec, full-time onsite with flexible options. You will partner with the unit to diagnose HR needs, coach management on labor relations and performance, interpret the collective agreement, and drive HR programs such as Performance, Compensation and Engagement. You’ll support staffing strategies with Talent Acquisition, manage HR transactions, lead change management initiatives, and design the unit’s HR plan. Ideal candidates have 3 to 5 years in HR and labor relations, strong change leadership, solid interpersonal and project skills, and bilingual in English and French.
