We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s key locations. This role will support the HR department in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and colleague-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new colleagues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
Respond to colleague inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in benefits administration and HR documentation.
Coordinate training sessions and HR programs, including logistics and scheduling.
Support employee relations matters as directed by the Head of HR.
Prepare HR communications, notices, and internal announcements.
Assist in preparing HR reports, data tracking, and basic analysis.
Support the organization of staff events and HR activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR coordination or administrative role, preferably in hospitality or pre-opening hotels.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
