We
are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team based in Dubai. This internship provides an excellent
opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the
field of Human Resources within the dynamic real estate industry.
Responsibilities:- Assist in Recruitment Process:
• Support the HR team in sourcing candidates through various channels such as
job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings. - Onboarding and Orientation:
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome
packages and necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new
employees. - HR Administration:
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and databases.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining personnel files and records.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data
entry. - Employee Relations:
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide support in addressing employee queries and concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with
discretion. - HR Projects:
• Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as policy development or
employee surveys.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Currently
pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or
related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
