The role partners with business leaders and global People & Capability stakeholders to align Europe practices with global standards, advise on performance and change, manage international mobility and recruitment pipelines, and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture. This is an opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on and influential HR leadership role at an important stage of regional growth. You will partner closely with business leaders, project teams and global People & Capability stakeholders to support local operations, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, mobility and the employee lifecycle.
With Frankfurt established as Sedgman’s European base, you will help build the systems, processes and relationships required to support a growing team and a sustainable operating model across Germany and broader European project activity.
