SGS Australia is hiring a full-time, onsite Human Resources Officer in Notting Hill, Melbourne area, open to applicants based in Melbourne or Brisbane and reporting to the HR Business Partner. You will deliver end-to-end HR support from contracts and onboarding to visa processes, employee relations investigations, HR systems, performance reviews, and policy updates, while helping sustain a compliant, high-performing, inclusive culture. We’re looking for 2 to 3 years’ HR or admin experience, sound knowledge of Australian employment law, strong organizational and communication skills, and a discreet, confident approach.
