What you'll be doing
- Support P&O Business Partners on day-to-day people’s topics, onboarding, and Welcome Days
- Drive engagement, wellbeing, and culture events with the People & Culture team
- Coordinate learning programs and talent development initiatives
- Get hands-on with Total Rewards: market compensation research, benefits administration, and reward projects
- Power our Talent Acquisition team — sourcing, interview coordination, career fairs, and employer branding campaigns targeting young regional talent
- Bring your digital mindset to improve dashboards, processes, and collaboration tools
What we're looking for
- Enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a bachelor's or master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- Genuine curiosity about HR and eagerness to explore multiple domains
- Strong communication skills and confidence to connect at all levels — team members to senior leadership
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comfort with technology
- Ownership and reliability: you run with tasks independently and collaborate openly
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
