About The Role
Based at Maules Creek Mine, there are multiple opportunities to join a team and grow in a supportive environment. You will work on a fleet of mining equipment, including CAT and Hitachi machinery, ensuring all maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and in line with statutory and site standards.
Working within the maintenance team, this role is responsible for the scheduled servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a variety of Heavy Mining Equipment.
What You’ll Do
• Perform preventative and unplanned maintenance on mobile mining equipment and infastructure
• Work effectively across workshop and team environments
• Demonstrate visible safe working practices and a commitment to safety in the workplace
• Work with minimal supervision & carry out assigned work orders
What You’ll Bring
• Proficiency Certificate in an electrical trade
• Supervisor Certificate or Contractors Licence issued by Fair Trading NSW or mutual recognised equivalent interstate electrical licence
• Experience in mining or heavy industry or processing plant
• Strong problem solving, diagnostic and fault finding skills
