You will manage calendars, triage emails, coordinate domestic and international travel, plan meetings and events, maintain SharePoint and Teams, and oversee office operations. This role requires discretion, excellent communication, and a proactive hands-on mindset. Ideal candidates have seven plus years in administration, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills with travel up to 15 percent. The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Product Management and the broader Product Management leadership team. In addition to executive support, the EA will play a key role in local site operations and facility coordination. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who anticipates leadership needs and serves as a critical link between senior executives and the wider organization. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to operational excellence and impactful execution. This hybrid position is based in the California Bay Area, with an on-site presence 2–3 days per week, as needed.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $86,600 – $129,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
