We are opening a position for an IAM IGA Business Analyst to strengthen a team based in Geneva. This role is part of a major transformation program focused on modernizing identity and access governance, with a strong emphasis on structuring access models and aligning them with business needs.
Act as the key interface between business teams and technical teams to capture and formalize identity and access management requirements
Lead workshops and interviews to analyze user lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers) and define associated access needs
Design and document structured access models, including segregation of duties and compliance requirements
Identify and define business roles based on RBAC and ABAC principles to support governance frameworks
Assess existing systems and permissions to simplify and rationalize access structures
Analyze identity data to detect inconsistencies, orphan accounts, and excessive privileges
Support the implementation of governance mechanisms within the new identity platform
Maintain an inventory of legacy rules and logic to facilitate their transformation into modern cloud-based governance models
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant within IAM/IGA environments
Strong understanding of identity governance concepts such as role management, access lifecycle, least privilege, and segregation of duties
Proficiency in data analysis (advanced Excel, SQL queries, or scripting) applied to access and permissions management
Experience working in agile delivery environments (ideally within SAFe frameworks)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international and cross-functional environment
Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to structure complex and unorganized environments
Fluency in English is required; French is a strong asset
Familiarity with the Microsoft identity ecosystem (Entra ID, Identity Governance, MIM migration) is considered a plus
