The contractor will provide services to learners from diverse backgrounds, including youth, second-chance learners, and people seeking opportunities within land-based industries. This will involve fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment that encourages participation, builds confidence, and supports successful learner outcomes.
The contractor will guide learners through the practical and theoretical components of the programme, including hive management, bee health, seasonal practices, and industry best practice. They will also support learners to complete their assessments and progress towards further study or employment opportunities.

Learners at Land Based Training and NZMA complete their studies equipped with the skills and knowledge to progress to higher levels of education and enter the workforce.
