TimeEdit is seeking an on-site Implementation Consultant in Utrecht to guide universities through onboarding of their Academic Operations Platform. You will serve as process and system expert, conduct workflow conversations, handle technical setup, train customers, surface blockers, act as product expert, and occasionally travel for kickoffs and trainings. Ideal candidates have hands-on software implementation experience in SaaS, strong program management across multiple onboarding projects, superb communication and collaboration, empathy and a can-do attitude, and Dutch fluency with comfort in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, more during onboarding). Tips: tailor your CV to highlight multi-project implementations, quantify impact, show stakeholder management, and demonstrate how you enable customer value quickly.
