You will blend technical know how with storytelling to onboard and train clients, manage CRM and ERP implementations for 5 to 500 users, and collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Services to keep projects on scope and timeline. The role requires 1+ year in enterprise SaaS implementations, 2+ years as a billable Implementation Consultant, fluent German and English, and travel up to 40 percent.
