The Implementation & Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of key operational, system, partner, and customer initiatives across Verifone New Zealand.
This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, implementation, and operational change. It plays a critical role in ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, risks are managed, stakeholders are aligned, and outcomes are embedded into the business. Working closely with Processing, Sales, Technology, Product, and external partners (including banks and third-party vendors), the role provides strong delivery ownership, coordination, and governance across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. While not a people manager, this is a senior individual contributor role requiring high autonomy, strong judgement, and the ability to influence across the organization.
