Y Schools Queensland, part of the YMCA, is seeking a permanent full‑time Inclusion Advisor in Fortitude Valley to drive high‑quality inclusive practice across campuses under the Head of Inclusion. The role coordinates campus‑level implementation of inclusive education processes, supports ILPs and ICPs with personalised adjustments, models professional learning through on‑the‑ground coaching, guides NCCD documentation, participates in case management, and coordinates external professionals as needed. To stand out, show proven experience delivering inclusive education and NCCD processes, current QCT registration, demonstrated impact through differentiation and data‑driven improvement, and strong trauma‑aware communication and coaching ability. Emphasise safeguarding, YMCA values, and readiness to obtain required checks and contribute to Thrive Model and belonging.
