Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Inclusion Specialist to deliver intensive support for vulnerable children in Northern NSW, based in Tuggerah, 19 hours per week, onsite. Reporting to the National Lead Inclusion Operations, you will implement the Recognition & Response Model, build partnerships, and advance inclusive practice while upholding Child Safe Organisation standards. Essential: tertiary qualification in early childhood education or related field, senior management experience, strong knowledge of EYLF v2, NQS, NDIS and state funding, and a current Working with Children Check. An Inclusion Specialist is accountable to the National Lead Inclusion Operations for delivering targeted support and engaging intensive support to children identified as experiencing vulnerability and who require additional support in line with Goodstart’s Recognition & Response Model to achieve the outcomes they need to be successful in their learning and development. This role will support centre from Northern Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and Northern NSW regions (as required).
