Junior Adventures Group is hiring an Inclusion Support Specialist Educator for Point Cook. This after school role offers 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 2:45 pm to 5:45 pm, with extra hours in school holidays and occasional coverage at nearby services. You’ll provide individualized inclusive support to children with diverse needs and build relationships with families, children and the school community. The package features competitive pay of 36 to 38 per hour plus super, extra for split shifts, and strong work life balance with clear career paths. As an OSHC Permanent Educator, you’ll work at our Point Cook service giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.
Weekly shifts and hours: 15 hours per week, across Monday - Friday 2:45pm - 5:45pm after school shifts. Extra hours available during school holidays too!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Diploma qualified ISS Educator to make a positive impact in this service, providing individualised and inclusive support to children with diverse needs. Leveraging your expertise of working within a high needs environment, you will play a significant role in providing children with opportunities to participate in learning and development activities at the service.
