Loft Orbital is seeking an on-site Industrial Operations Intern in Abu Dhabi who will own a defined Value Stream Map project across the production floor from AIT to manufacturing, identify waste and cycle-time issues, and deliver improvement recommendations plus a final presentation to operations leadership. You will work with experienced engineers and professionals, gaining hands-on lean training and real impact from day one. To apply, emphasize coursework or projects in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Lean Manufacturing, show experience with value stream mapping, process analysis, data collection and reporting, and proficiency in Visio or Arena. The Opportunity

What You'll Do
Conduct a comprehensive Value Stream Map (VSM) of the production floor operations, capturing process flows, cycle times, waste identification, and improvement opportunities across the AIT and manufacturing sequence.
