Loft Orbital's Orbitworks seeks an Industrial Operations/Management Intern in Abu Dhabi to own a real project from day one, developing a Value Stream Map of the production floor, identifying waste and cycle times, and delivering improvement recommendations with a leadership presentation. The Opportunity
Orbitworks is a sovereign aerospace and advanced technology company in the UAE. We build and test real satellite systems — and our interns work on projects that matter from day one. This is not a shadowing programme. You will own a defined project, work alongside experienced engineers and business professionals, and present outcomes to leadership.
What You'll Do
Conduct a comprehensive Value Stream Map (VSM) of the production floor operations, capturing process flows, cycle times, waste identification, and improvement opportunities across the AIT and manufacturing sequence.
