For our location in Weert, we are looking for an Industrial Process Engineer.

As an Industrial Process Engineer, you will be part of the European Supply Chain team and act as the key link between our organization and external partners. You will focus on continuously improving and controlling processes across the entire supply chain, from inbound to outbound operations. In this role, you will work from both an operational and systems perspective and be involved in Supply Chain, Assembly Operations, and Quality.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and controlling operational processes at our external service provider;
  • Analyzing, improving, and optimizing existing processes;
  • Creating and maintaining process, work, and assembly documentation;
  • Coordinating and conducting time studies;
  • Initiating and leading continuous improvement projects;
  • Identifying bottlenecks and developing sustainable solutions;
  • Supporting operational and strategic supply chain initiatives.

What Do You Bring?

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable discipline related to production and logistics environments;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a production, assembly, or logistics environment;
  • Experience in creating process, work, and assembly instructions;
  • Experience with process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Knowledge of time study methodologies (REFA certification is an advantage);
  • Experience with SAP (warehouse, logistics, and production modules) is a strong advantage;
  • Good command of the English language; German is considered an advantage; Dutch language is preferred.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
