Bombardier is hiring an Industrialization Project Specialist in Mississauga for full-time onsite work to lead facility selection, factory design and related strategic manufacturing initiatives, manage project budgets and schedules, and coordinate first article manufacturing across inputs. The role favors an undergraduate analytical degree and at least three years in strategy within manufacturing or consulting; aerospace experience is a plus. You will translate complex problems into practical models, bring a strategic yet hands-on mindset, and communicate clearly with stakeholders while handling confidential information. The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $64,330 to CAD $101,090 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
