AntiSocial, part of Thinkingbox, is seeking an Influencer Strategist to lead influencer and creator strategy across multiple client accounts, blending strategy, culture, and execution. You will develop influencer programs aligned with brand objectives, identify and evaluate creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels, manage shortlists, outreach, contracts and relationships, and own campaigns from ideation to post campaign reporting while collaborating with Social Strategy, Account, Creative, and Production teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in influencer marketing or social strategy, a solid grasp of influencer ecosystems, end-to-end campaign and budget experience, and a data driven approach with strong storytelling. You will work closely with Social Strategists, Account, Creative, and Production teams to bring influencer ideas to life from brief to post-campaign reporting.
