You’ll be the trusted liaison for law enforcement and authorised third parties, handling disclosure requests with precision, discretion and end‑to‑end data protection under IPA, DPA and UK GDPR. The position demands exceptional accuracy, strong numerical skills, and the ability to build solid external partnerships while safeguarding sensitive information in a process heavy setting. On‑call duties occur one week in four. To apply, tailor your CV to show hands on experience with data disclosure, security checks and stakeholder management, highlight SC clearance readiness, and demonstrate comfort working eight days a month in person to foster a collaborative, high trust culture.
Are you someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment where precision, trust and responsibility truly matter? Join our Information Disclosure Team, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting law enforcement agencies and other authorised third parties by providing accurate, timely and secure information—helping to keep people and communities safe.
In this role, you’ll become a trusted expert on Virgin Media O2 systems and processes, acting as a key point of contact for external partners and ensuring every request is handled with care, professionalism and absolute attention to detail. You’ll build strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, offer guidance on our services, and safeguard sensitive data at every step.
If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service, confident working with sensitive information, and ready to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes, this is the perfect opportunity to grow and contribute in a uniquely important space!
Please note: This is a full‑time, office‑based role in Northampton, working Monday to Friday, due to the security level and restricted nature of the office environment.
The role also includes on‑call duties 1 week in every 4, during which you will provide 24/7 support across the full week and weekend.
