What you’ll do …
Lead security integration across the Tribe by translating security requirements into actionable tasks.
Function as the Tribe’s Security SME, collaborating with Tribe Leads and Security teams to identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks.
Enhance Tech Security efficiency by identifying gaps against global/local standards, implementing improvements.
Promote a security-first culture by mentoring teams on IT security practices, increasing awareness of DevSecOps models, and ensuring local standards reflect global security policies and guidance.
Provide expert security consultancy across all levels of business and IT.
What we’re looking for…
7+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security Engineering, with expertise in cryptography, security monitoring and incident response, network security, and IAM.
Proficient in secure coding practices with Java and Python, including embedding security controls directly into application code.
Solid understanding of banking systems, operations, and compliance with relevant external regulations and standards.
Proven record in implementing and operationalizing security policies, procedures, and controls.
Skilled in identifying and mitigating technology-related risks in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working across multiple agile tribes and distributed teams.
Holds industry-recognized certifications such as OSCP or equivalent, demonstrating advanced offensive security capabilities.
