Worldline is looking for an Information Security Officer f/h for a full-time onsite role in Blois. You will contribute to the Group ISMS, implement security processes, manage incidents and crises, identify and report security risks, promote awareness and training, and support audits and remediation while helping the business deploy proper security controls. You will adapt policies to local regulations and liaise with regulators. The ideal candidate has solid ISMS experience, risk assessment and governance skills, and a proven ability to drive security projects and training across stakeholders. Activity

  • Contribute to the Group ISMS and implement security process
  • Contribute to Security incident, problem and crisis management
  • Identify, report and advice on the security risks and action plans
  • Promote Security Awareness and training
  • Contribute to audit and assessment, and the remediation plan
  • Support business to ensure an adequate security implementation

Day to day responsabilities

ISMS and implement security process
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Group ISMS (Information Security Management System)
  • Adapt and implement security policies and strategies according to local regulations and specific security risks
  • Support and follow-up on Security Incident and Problem Management
  • Contribute to crisis management in case of major security incidents and threats
  • Maintain and manage contacts with regulators and oversight parties
 
Risks
  • Maintain and manage contacts with regulators and oversight parties
  • Perform security assessment and manage security risks
  • Report and advice to the Management on security risks and actions plans
 
Awareness and training
  • Define and implement controls to ensure security risks are properly mitigated
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Awareness and Training
  • Support additional training needed for local standard or requirement
 
Security projects management
  • Promote Security awareness and training
  • Support the Business and give security guidance to all stakeholders
 
Audit and follow-up
  • Ensure security by design concept are implemented and approve security solutions
  • Support external and internal Security audits
  • Contribute the remediation of findings following internal and external audit
  • Perform assessment (e.g. third parties, internal control) to ensure security control are implemented
