The Infrastructure Engineer (Dry & Wet Utilities) will be responsible for supervising all utility infrastructure works across the project, including wet utilities (water, irrigation, sewerage, stormwater) and dry utilities (power, telecom, ICT, street lighting). The role ensures construction activities are executed in accordance with contract requirements, authority regulations, approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

  • Supervise construction and installation activities for both wet and dry utility networks.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards.
  • Review and provide recommendations on shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, productivity, and workmanship.
  • Witness testing, commissioning, and handover activities for utility systems.
  • Coordinate with utility authorities, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Verify completed works, quantities, and construction progress.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with project QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.
  • Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, and technical recommendations.
  • Support the Resident Engineer in project delivery and stakeholder management activities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure design and/or construction supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising both wet utilities (water, irrigation, sewerage, stormwater) and dry utilities (power, street lighting, telecom, ICT).
  • Experience on large-scale infrastructure, master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, or public realm projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality and relevant utility authority requirements.
  • UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple utility interfaces within a fast-paced construction environment.
