Role Profile:
The
primary responsibility of the Infrastructure Specialist Database Analyst is to
provide exceptional support services to all business units across the
enterprise. Working closely with teams within IPC's Delivery & Technology
organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for the
administration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the
organization's Transfer Agency platforms and related systems.
JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

Support,
maintain, and optimize infrastructure platforms, middleware, applications,
and databases across multiple environments.

Design
and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency,
scalability, and system reliability.

Manage
application deployments, upgrades, environment refreshes, database
migrations, and infrastructure maintenance activities.

Develop
and maintain SQL scripts, ETL processes (SSIS), reporting solutions
(SSRS), database objects, and business intelligence deliverables.

Monitor
application, database, and infrastructure performance; proactively address
capacity, availability, and reliability concerns.

Provide
Level 2 production support by investigating incidents, troubleshooting
technical issues, managing service requests, and coordinating resolutions
with internal teams and vendors.

Collaborate
with internal teams and third-party vendors to integrate, support,
troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise applications and technology
solutions.

Administer
security configurations, certificates, and vulnerability remediation
activities in accordance with enterprise standards.

Produce
operational, performance, and capacity-planning reports and provide
recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate
with business stakeholders to evaluate change requests, prioritize
enhancements, and support strategic initiatives.

Develop
and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge
articles, and support processes while contributing to continuous
improvement initiatives within an Agile environment.

Participate
in a rotational on-call schedule to support business-critical production
systems and ensure timely response to operational incidents and service
disruptions.
Professional Experience
-
Minimum
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong
Microsoft SQL Server skills, including database administration, query
development, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

Experience
developing and maintaining SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
-
Exceptional
analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex
technical issues.

Experience
supporting applications across multiple environments and system
architectures

Experience
developing automation solutions using scripting technologies such as
PowerShell, SQL, or similar tools.

Strong
working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Apache
Web Server, and related technologies.

Education Requirements
