About the Role
We're looking for an Innovation Projects Lead to help bring new products and ideas to life by leading innovation projects from concept through to launch. Reporting to the Senior CMI & Innovation Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the end-to-end innovation process and ensuring innovation projects are delivered successfully across the business. Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams, you'll coordinate project timelines, manage governance requirements and keep key stakeholders aligned throughout the development journey.
What you'll do
- Lead and champion the end-to-end innovation process.
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation projects and timelines.
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project governance, documentation and approvals as well as the artwork process.
- Track project performance and maintain innovation reporting.
- Support wider innovation and commercial initiatives as required.
