Innovation System Architect plays a crucial role in driving global innovative projects within the organization and developing innovative solutions for the automotive complete seat industry
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight : Define, develop, and manage the technical part of innovation projects.
Team Leadership : Lead a project team including functional reports from technical contributors, responsible for Quality, Cost, Delivery of the project.
Performance Monitoring : Track project KPI, planning, budget & secure all data available & stored in GRIP.
Business case : Part of the business case elaboration with support from costing, purchasing & marketing.
Stakeholder Communication : Involve all required internal & external stakeholder to the project, report status to top management & functional team,
Promotion & implementation : Support communication to global OEM(s), & implementation in development programs as required,
Innovation : Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and other innovation-related activities, secure patents as per need & opportunity.
Market Analysis: Understand market research & competitors benchmark to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
Risk analysis : Lead project technical risk analysis through ERA / D-PFMEA as needed,
Sustainability Initiatives: Drive initiatives that align with Forvia's commitment to sustainable mobility.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technology.
Experience: Over 10 years complete seat product design, technical project management, preferably within the automotive industry.
Skills: Project team management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, extensive complete seat design knowledge, proper English communication and understanding of market trends and technological advancements
