Job Description

The Opportunity:
Are you seeking a position with a global organization that prioritizes its employees in every aspect?  Rotork, a global organisation, is actively hiring in the Randstad region.  This is a key role that builds strong relationships with external customers by providing technical support with quotes and specifications, enabling you to deliver a high level of customer service worldwide.

In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader and work in a small team that collaborates closely with the external sales teams and engineering departments. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing sales quotes, pre-qualification documents, technical proposals, and other customer-required information, and processing outstanding quotes within pre-agreed timelines and reporting accordingly.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in a customer service environment who wants to further their career in technical sales.

    Qualifications

    Experience required:

    • Experience working to technical specifications
    • Experience handling customer quotes
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
    • Good communication skills

    The successful candidate:

    • Has a proactive, can-do approach
    • Has good accuracy and attention to detail
    • Is a strong multitasker
    • Is a strong communicator in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
