SGS Australia is seeking an Inspections Coordinator in East Brisbane to support inspection and laboratory operations. This full time onsite role involves coordinating documentation, managing sample tracking, maintaining accurate records for bulk vessels, container contracts and laboratory samples, drafting client documentation, logging samples into the database on receipt and coordinating with the laboratory team to ensure testing turnaround times are met, all while following safety standards and ensuring accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will have previous administration or coordination experience, strong IT literacy including Word, Excel and database systems, excellent organisation and high attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills.
