TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release. This position works a 1st shift schedule.
Job Duties:
- Demonstrates effective collaboration skills, working cohesively with other plant employees or external groups to accomplish required objectives and goals.
- Proficient in utilizing various measuring tools, including but not limited to: microscope, micrometer, caliper, tool scope, and scales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access for documentation and data management purposes.
- Capable of identifying key plant issues, analyzing data, collaborating with others to develop viable solutions, presenting and advocating for solutions, and implementing them effectively.
- Education requirement: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to comprehend and apply information from documents such as policies, procedures, drawings, and other relevant materials.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication to exchange information necessary for completing essential duties and responsibilities.
- Competent in interpreting dimensional requirements on drawings and specifications.
- Work Experience requirement: Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training.
- Familiarity with commonly accepted standard lab testing concepts, practices, and procedures.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $38,400 – 57,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
