Fairmont Waterfront is hosting the INSPIRE Leadership Development Program in Rooms, an 18 month path to grow your hospitality leadership. You’ll join as a Supervisor in the Rooms division, rotate across teams, and benefit from a Peer Ambassador, a Mentor, and a Property Project, with regular checkpoints to accelerate development. The program sits within a culture that values internal promotions, diversity, sustainability, and strong benefits including competitive pay after 90 days and Accor discounts. Ideal candidates have at least one year of hospitality or customer service experience, supervisory experience is a plus, and a degree in Hospitality or Business helps but isn’t required; legal work eligibility is essential and sponsorship is not provided.
