Swissquote is hiring an Institutional Operations Services Officer for a six-month tempo, full-time onsite in Gland, to join the Middle Office. You will handle operational requests in payments, settlement, corporate actions and taxes for institutional or AM clients, support Back Office with external partners, coordinate large transfer requests with the Securities Specialist and Settlement, and lead payment investigations. The ideal candidate has Back Office or Sales Support experience, is reliable and adaptable, able to multi-task, client-service oriented with strong communication and analytical skills, fluent in French and proficient in English, and knowledgeable in Payments, Corporate Actions, Taxes and Settlement; Excel and Word skills required. In our Middle Office department, you will be working within the Institutional Operations Services team.
Support Back Office teams with their requests to external partners.
Coordinate transfer requests for large institutional clients and liaise with Securities Specialist, Settlement team and Middle Trading.
Reliable, with strong learning capabilities and the ability to adapt well in a continuously changing environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Client-service oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Fluent in French and very good command of English, with excellent written and verbal skills.
Knowledge of Payments, Corporate Actions, Taxes, and Settlement would be an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
