Oulton College is seeking a qualified instructor to teach   Microbiology , including associated laboratory components, within our Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

This is a part-time teaching opportunity requiring approximately six hours per week . Classes are delivered in person  at Oulton College in Moncton, New Brunswick campus; therefore, candidates must be able to teach on site.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field such as Microbiology, Biology, or Health Sciences. Candidates nearing completion of their Master’s degree are encouraged to apply.​
  • Strong knowledge of microbiology.
  • Relevant teaching, research, laboratory, healthcare, or industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and support students in a post-secondary learning environment.
  • Applicants are not required to have a Nursing background.
