Integris Insurance Services is hiring an Insurance Representative 3 for a full‑time, onsite role at the 5th & Central branch in Prince George. You will service a broad range of personal lines—homes, recreational vehicles, marine policies, mobile homes and farm coverage—and may manage loss complex commercial risks such as commercial auto and fleet programs, depending on experience. The ideal candidate holds a valid Level 2 license, with Level 3 eligibility an asset, keeps up with continuing education, and brings strong ICBC and personal lines knowledge with some commercial exposure. Expect independent risk assessments, portfolio management, and mentoring of teammates. As an Insurance Representative 3, you will demonstrate full confidence, and competence in servicing a wide range of personal lines insurance products. This includes homes, recreational vehicles, marine policies, mobile homes, and farm coverage. Depending on your experience and training, you may also manage loss complex commercial risks such as commercial auto and fleet programs.

This role is suited for experienced professionals who are capable of completing independent risk assessments and managing client portfolios with minimal supervision, except in non-routine situations. You'll be responsible for delivering expert advice, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements. 

Salary Range: $29.00 to $34.00 CAD per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service by processing insurance transactions and addressing member inquiries. 
• Conduct needs assessments and recommends suitable insurance products and coverages. 
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and licensing transactions including ICBC transactions.
• Apply underwriting guidelines and assess risk, identifying any fraud or security concerns.
• Support administrative tasks when needed such as supply inventory, batching, and basic reporting. 
• Provide guidance and support to the rest of the insurance team, including on-the-job training as required. 

Qualifications:

• Valid Level 2 Insurance License (Level 3 eligible considered an asset).
• Minimum continuing education credits mandatory for licensing.
• Familiarity with all aspects of personal lines. Commercial lines knowledge considered an asset. 
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of ICBC and personal lines; commercial exposure considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and member service skills.
• Comfortable working independently with strong problem-solving abilities. 
• Proficient in insurance software and broker management system. 
• Ability to interact with members clearly and effectively.
• Accuracy in handling financial transactions and member information.
