Boeing Defence Australia is looking for an Integrated Product Support (IPS) Manager who is keen to be part of our Battlespace Communications System (BCS) Enterprise. Our teams deliver and sustain complex solutions in support of Land Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems.
We are looking for an IPS Manager to lead a team of IPS professionals responsible for the planning and development of IPS artefacts for multiple Defence programs. This role will take on personnel management, the successful candidate for this role will foster a positive team culture and support the development of Product Support team members.
This role is based in Brisbane.
About the role
We are looking for a leader who will bring openness, transparency, effective communication and relationship building strengths to support the Battlespace Communications System Enterprise. You will be part of a wider technical community required to develop and execute project plans, manage execution of product support tasks, and lead a team of up to 15 IPS professionals. You will be required to develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Execution experience and talent to take on the development, delivery, and sustainment of IPS products is important.
