Google's Interactive Media Design EFZ Apprenticeship in Zurich is a four-year program guided by experienced vocational trainers, with rotations across UX Media Design to expose you to a range of roles in this fast growing field. Successful applicants should have completed the highest level of secondary school, an average grade near 4.5, a completed multi‑check in media and design, and fluency in English and German to interact with stakeholders and schools. Strong candidates show enthusiasm for interactive media and new technologies, a track record of personal projects, and the intention to pursue BM1 during the apprenticeship. To apply, highlight relevant projects, collaboration skills, and clear Swiss work authorization.
A professional team of vocational trainers (Berufsbildner:innen) will guide and support you during your 4-year apprenticeship with Google. After an onboarding period, you will be fully engaged in existing and new projects that will challenge you and lay the foundation for a successful future as an Interactive Media Designer.
Embedded in our User Experience (UX) Media Design teams, you will focus on the creation and design of new projects. You will rotate between different teams, with different specialities, to understand the range of roles in this fast-growing field.
