We are seeking Interim Process Assistant's for our Step Up Pool at our Jandakot Fulfillment Center (PER4).
As an Interim Process Assistant, you will support the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities in one of the following process areas within the Fulfillment Center Operations: Receive, stow, pick, pack or ship. You'll have the opportunity to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.
*Interim Opportunity: This is an opportunity to step up into a Process Assistant role for a period of time, open to associates currently employed at PER4 Fulfillment Center.
Key job responsibilities

- Support and work in all departments as required
- Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties etc
- Providing coverage for Area Managers
- Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
- Assisting the floor as a subject matter expert for associates
- Ensuring successful area performance
- Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity
- Assisting in keeping work area clean and organised
- Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
- Coaching associates to work safely at all times
Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
