Job Description

ADGA is currently seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise technology initiative focused on standardized, scalable, and managed Microsoft 365 tenant operations within a complex multi-stakeholder environment. The successful candidate will act as a key coordination lead across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment between technical teams, service design, governance, security, and operational readiness activities throughout the full project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative and organized Project Manager who enjoys working in complex enterprise environments with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery streams. The initiative is being delivered through a phased rollout approach that includes discovery, pilot validation, readiness assessments, and enterprise deployment. The team is responsible for building and designing a new enterprise tool used to deploy and manage Microsoft 365 configurations across multiple organizations and operational environments.

In this role, you will provide project management support and act as the coordination support between multiple workstreams, helping manage schedules, dependencies, onboarding activities, governance processes, and overall delivery coordination. You will work closely with experienced technical and program delivery teams while supporting the successful execution of a high-profile enterprise initiative.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), delivery roadmaps, and resource plans
  • Coordinating activities across multiple internal teams and stakeholder groups
  • Managing project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Supporting governance activities and executive-level reporting
  • Coordinating onboarding, readiness, and transition activities
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement and coordination meetings
  • Supporting planning and coordination activities related to proof of concept, design, testing, validation, and deployment
  • Tracking project progress and reporting status throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring consistent documentation, terminology, and communication across workstreams
  • Supporting operational readiness and transition to steady-state operations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager with tasks similar to those listed in the description
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and delivery streams within large and complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience managing schedules, dependencies, and project delivery activities.
  • Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience requirements: A university degree or two-year college diploma in a related business or technology discipline combined with a minimum of two years of related experience
  • Experience working within enterprise IT environments, large-scale transformation initiatives, or Microsoft 365 environments is considered an asset.

Additional Information

  • Must currently hold and maintain a Secret (Level II) Canadian Federal Government Security clearance.
