Baylor College of Medicine’s Intern/Aide role in Houston offers exposure to image processing, machine learning, mouse behavior assays, tissue collection, statistics, and data management, while teaching you how to design rigorous, reproducible experiments and how to present findings and conduct literature searches. You’ll learn ML on rs-fMRI data, process rs-fMRI workflows, and complete online AALAS animal handling training. The ideal candidate is a high school student or early undergrad who is hardworking and eager to learn, with an interest in biological or computational sciences.
