Bombardier is seeking an Intern, Change Management Methods for Fall 2026 in Québec, a four-month on-site hybrid role at Marcel-Laurin Plant 1 that focuses on introducing new components to aircraft production, resolving operational and technical issues, and improving FAI. What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage short- and/or medium-term projects of varying complexity related to the introduction of new components into production for aircraft assembly.
- Participate in the resolution of various operational and technical issues.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of delivery processes and/or First Article Inspection (FAI).
- Support the development and improvement of tracking tools associated with these processes.
- Contribute to the development or enhancement of performance indicators related to these processes.
- Audit certain processes to ensure proper execution and provide recommendations for improvement.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently a university student in a field related to engineering, such as Mechanical Engineering, or have equivalent relevant experience.
- You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, along with a broad, big-picture mindset that allows you to assess the impact and implications of strategic decisions.
- You have knowledge of CATIA V5 (knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset).
- You have a foundation in project management and are proficient with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams (methods, engineering, procurement, tooling, production, logistics).
