- Utilize strong analytical and data analysis skills to support production decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with groups of 10–15 leaders by presenting information, updates, and performance metrics.
- Assist in coordinating work by assigning tasks to leaders and following up to ensure completion and accountability.
- Support production operations through an understanding of key manufacturing priorities, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
