Join Axpo Services AG and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable energy! As part of the Culture, Leadership & Learning team, you’ll play a key role in driving initiatives that position Axpo as the preferred employer in the energy sector.

What you will do:
  • Support organizational development initiatives to enhance culture, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness across Axpo.

  • Conduct data-driven culture analysis by evaluating employee engagement data, survey results, and organizational metrics to inform strategies.

  • Coordinate the Great Place to Work 2026 program across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.

  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.

What you bring & who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 semesters completed) or currently pursuing a master’s in business administration, organizational development, data science, psychology, or related fields.

  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

  • Genuine interest in culture transformation, leadership development, and the energy sector.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.

  • Ideally, prior experience in project management, data analysis, or communications.
